While we understand that lives are busy and schedules can change and we will try to accommodate rescheduling, a cancellation or no-show deprives us of two opportunities. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your appointed start time we appreciate you letting us know and there is no charge. Between 24 and 3 hours before your start time the fee is $25 and for cancellations less than 3 hours before your start time or for no-shows the fee is $50. Please note that Gift Certificate and Package sales are final and non-refundable. Transfer of Gift Certificates or Package hours is at the discretion and subject to the approval of Sanity Thai Spa. If you decide our style of massage is not for you please let us know within the first 15 minutes of your appointment and the appointment will be canceled at no charge.
